Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of swiftboilerplate.dev and any purchase of Swift Boilerplate, the SwiftUI starter kit sold by Sanii Verma. By using the site or buying the kit, you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
Key points
- A purchase grants a license to use the source on your own apps and client work.
- You may not resell or republish the kit as a competing starter or template.
- Refunds are available within 14 days if the delivered source is missing a listed module.
- Privacy details live on the Privacy Policy page.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
1. Who we are
Swift Boilerplate is operated by Sanii Verma (“I”, “me”, “we”). The website is https://swiftboilerplate.dev. Questions go to hello@swiftboilerplate.dev.
2. The product
“Product” means the Swift Boilerplate source: the SwiftUI Xcode project, modules, docs, and related files you receive after a completed purchase. It is a digital starter kit, not a hosted app, not legal advice, and not a guarantee that Apple will approve any app you build with it.
3. Eligibility
You confirm you are at least 18, or otherwise able to enter a binding contract, and that local law does not bar you from buying or using the Product.
4. License
After payment clears, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on unlimited personal apps and client projects.
- You may modify the source and ship apps built from it.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or publish the Product — or a substantial copy of it — as a competing boilerplate, starter kit, or template.
- You may not share download links or license files with people outside your licensed use.
- Swift Boilerplate branding, the mascot, and marketing copy stay with Sanii Verma. Rebrand the app you ship.
5. Payments
The kit is a one-time purchase. The listed launch price is $49 and the regular price is $79, unless a later page says otherwise. Checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider. Taxes may apply.
6. Refunds
If the files you receive are missing a module this site listed at the time of purchase, email hello@swiftboilerplate.dev within 14 days with your order details. If the gap is confirmed, you will get a refund of the amount you paid.
Change of mind, a desire to learn Swift from scratch, or App Store rejection of an app you built are not refund grounds. Once a valid refund is issued, the license for that order ends.
7. Updates
Buyers receive source updates for the current major version while that major is supported. Delivery method and changelog may change. There is no promise of a specific update schedule or of compatibility with every future iOS release on the day it ships.
8. Third-party services
The Product and site may point at RevenueCat, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Apple, payment processors, and similar tools. Those services have their own terms. You bring your own accounts and keys. I am not responsible for their uptime, pricing, or policies.
9. Intellectual property
The Product, site, and original docs remain the intellectual property of Sanii Verma, except for third-party open-source pieces, which keep their own licenses. Buying the kit does not transfer ownership of the Swift Boilerplate name or brand.
10. Disclaimer
The site and Product are provided as-is. I do not warrant that the kit is error-free, that it will meet every project’s needs, or that Apple will accept an app built from it. Use it at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sanii Verma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the site or Product. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when they do. Continued use of the site or Product after an update means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this page or a purchase.
